历史沿革[edit]
村落始建于元泰定年间（1324—1327年），原称鹤洋村，后分为鹤星、鹤丰、鹤联三村；因地形似鹤、四周低洼，有飞鹤落洋之意，得名鹤丰[1]。
1979年鹤洋大队拆分出鹤丰大队，1986年改设鹤丰村委会[1]。
抗战遗址与教育[edit]
潮阳县政府迁此办公期间，县长办公室、县监狱的旧址至今保存[2]。村里有“带经而锄”的读书传统，鹤丰中学在当地颇有口碑[2]。
全村5504人，约2平方千米，耕地660.15亩，山地1399亩；2009年工农业总产值2630万元[2]。
