下小坑村是汕头市潮南区两英镇西部的行政村，与仙城镇接壤，村名因居于一处小坑下方而来，主要产业为毛织制品和服装加工[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村落位于一小坑之下，故称下小坑，明成化年间（1465—1487年）立村[1]。
1933年一度属南山移垦委员会，1935年改属南山管理局；1950年归四美乡，公社化时与上小坑同属小坑大队，1986年改设村委会[1]。

全村936户、5400人，耕地约600亩，设东片工业区，农民年均收入4698元，2009年工农业总产值为9523万元[1]。
