双丰社区是汕头市金平区鮀莲街道下辖的社区，在金平区西北部，大学路以南，东接玉井社区，西以「鸡围」与天港社区分界，南面是牛田洋，居委会在玉港路123号。村名取渔业农业双丰收之意。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

双丰原是大井村的一部分，以渔业为生的村民在1977年划出，另立双丰村。1970年设双丰大队管理委员会，1986年1月改村民委员会，1998年设居委会，2001年12月改称双丰社区居委会。[1][3]

过去大井村（含双丰）有水路经刘厝沟通汕头，设有码头，在今玉井诚德善堂一带，是天港、大场、赖厝、玉井以及鮀西、地都一带村民往来汕头的要道。清光绪十一年（1885年）围建许厝塭后水道逐渐淤塞，1962年围建牛田洋军垦农场后废弃。[2]

人口民族[edit]

全村面积0.18平方公里，2010年有415户、1621人。[2]

经济[edit]

村民多从事海淡水养殖，围垦牛田洋以前的主要海产有蚶、「大头」和蚝，曾销往汕头埠。后来改造低洼田养殖鱼虾蟹，2008年工农业总产值135万元。[2]

文化[edit]

省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2019年9月公布）里有双丰社区；也在2017年10月被评为「第一批广东省卫生村」。[1]
