胜隆社区是汕头市金平区鮀莲街道下辖的社区，在街道中部匏靴蒂山脚下，南临牛田洋。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清光绪二十四年（1898年），澄海人刘堵在牛田洋边开办蚝埕，海边盖房供蚝工住宿，村名公所乡，工人来自饶平、揭阳、潮阳、潮安等地。1950年后改称植农村。[1][2]
1969年7月28日，村庄遭太平洋强台风和大海潮袭击，损毁严重、伤亡惨重，同年8月全村迁到现址重建，名胜农村，后又设胜农经济联合社。行政上长期隶属莲塘村，经济却一直独立核算；1997年7月莲塘村体制改革，设立胜隆社区居委会。[2]
人口民族[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，全村约120户、560人，耕地300亩。[1]
经济[edit]
村民以农业、海淡水养殖和务工为生，养蚝是传统行业。2020年8月，胜隆社区（胜隆莲藕粉）列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
