珠津社区在新津街道东南部、新津河西侧，名称取珠宝之“珠”与新津之“津”。[1]

韶山路是辛厝寮村的主干道，从社区中穿过。辖区235亩，宅基地、集体耕地各105亩，集体自留用地约25亩；约有130户，常住约605人，另有流动人口约2000人。[1]
在2019年9月公布的名单中，入选广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
