方田村是韶关市武江区龙归镇西片的行政村，距镇区7公里，面积约23平方公里。^[1]龙归至江湾的公路从村中横穿，江湾河流经全村。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

方田村在2004年随镇划入武江区，在此之前，1998年设村委会，1987年为管理区，1983年为乡政府，1958年为大队，1951年为方田乡。^[1]

邻接龙安村（东）、凤田村（西），以及山前、奇石、续源三村（南）。^[1]

2008年有20个村民小组、580户、2605人，人均收入4479.5元；耕地共2557亩，作物以水稻、淮山和蔬菜为主，村里有小学一所。^[1]

博雅地名网记村内有文武阁，列为重点文物保护单位，据传建于清代。^[1]

文武阁塔在村内的大村和墩头之间，清嘉庆十一年（1806年）始建，是韶关市文物保护单位；塔为六角五层的楼阁式空心砖塔，高15.56米，2006年重修，2022年全面修缮后开放，现为「碧落武江龙归江湾」万里碧道的一处景观。^[2]
