历史沿革[edit]
相传宋代建村，取名“续源”与一年除夕夜的山洪有关。村内自然村有元石、榕树下、冯屋、欧山、潘屋和下社等。[1]
经济[edit]
2008年全村2263人，耕地2564亩，山林4万多亩。村民长期种植水稻和果树，传统蔬菜有荷兰豆、小白菜。改革开放后，村里依托山林资源办起乡村企业，引进外资建了十多座个人和集体水电站及另有林场一处；人均收入在2008年为4763.1元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
续源村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号，由广东省爱卫会于2023年5月授予。[1]
古树茶[edit]
2024年3月，武江区提出要深入挖掘续源村的古树茶文化，推动龙归樟源古树茶开发项目。[2]
