历史沿革[edit]
奇石村的行政建制几经变化：2004年随镇划入武江区；之前1998年为村民委员会，1987年为管理区，1983年为乡政府，1958年为大队，1951年为奇石乡。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村西南与方田、山前、续源三村相邻，东北与龙归村、龙安村接壤。[1]
经济[edit]
2008年耕地2938亩，山林8432亩，人均纯收入4579.7元。村民种水稻、蔬菜和果树，淮山、粉葛种植约500亩；水果有杨梅、柑橘、李等，其中杨梅在当地小有名气。新中国成立后村里建了小学，通镇公路也铺成水泥路面。[1]
茶产业[edit]
奇石村的牛郎家庭农场有约180亩茶树，场内挂牌的龙归镇乡村振兴车间每年制茶近4000斤，品种有丹霞一号、南华禅茶和古树野生茶。[2]
