1952年土地改革时取名迳吓小乡，1957年成立高级农业社，1958年公社化时称迳吓大队，1983年11月改乡，1987年1月撤区改镇，设迳吓村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年1月，迳吓村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村，它也是荔城街的市级美丽乡村之一。该村是广东省爱卫会2021年12月评定的卫生村之一。[1][2]
