地名由来[edit]
博罗庄与南向庄两个自然庄在1960年合并成村，取“雄心壮志、创造伟绩”之意，称雄伟。1963年一度合并，1967年定名雄伟大队，1998年设村民委员会。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
村地处丘陵，以种荔枝、黄皮、龙眼为主。2020年8月列入「广东省首批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单（杨桃）；2019年入选广东省卫生村名录；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
