乌石村是燎原街道的行政村，位于普宁市区西侧，省道纵贯南北，交通便利。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代，今乌石村一带曾设分司。[2]

1958年，乌石村由几个乡合并组成乌石大队。1974年以前属大坝公社，此后归燎原公社。1986年时为燎原区公所辖下的乌石村，1990年改为燎原镇乌石管理区，1999年成为燎原镇乌石村委会，2013年2月改由燎原街道管辖。[3]

文物与历史建筑[edit]

2023年，乌石村的巡检司故址列入普宁市第二批历史建筑名录。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
