乌石村位于大埔县茶阳镇境内的汀江下游，是茶阳镇下辖的行政村[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
关于名称：据说村里有一道长约两公里的溪坑，村中还有一块黑色巨石，以此为村名，后来写作乌石[2]。
据该网辑录的资料，乌石村明代称大河社乌石坑，清代称永兴甲乌石坑；1958年10月时编为埔城公社乌石大队，至1963年时转属茶阳公社，至1978年时转属安乐公社，1985年上半年归入茶阳镇[3]。
