乌石村是三乡镇的行政村之一，位于镇中心地带，总面积约9.6平方千米，下辖19个村民小组。105国道和小琅环路绕村而过。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

抗战期间，乌石与桥头合并称石桥，属抗日根据地。1953年设石桥乡，1957年改属三乡乡，1958年设石桥生产营。1967年设石桥大队，1977年分为石一、石二、石三三个大队。1983年石二、石三合并，设乌石乡；1986年12月改为乌石村委会，1991年设乌石管理区，1998年又改回乌石村委会的名称。[3]

村内现有厂房63间，村委会及生产小组出租的厂房达60435平方米，厂商自建的厂房约70000平方米。村集体及下辖村民小组的年收入超过1400万元。平埔工业园引入了多家规模企业。[2]

近代村里出过光华口腔医学院的创办人郑豪，中国科学院院士郑守仪也是乌石人。[2][4]
