红旗社区是广东省清远市英德市英红镇下辖的社区，位于镇域西北部，秀才山水库坐落在社区境内，广乐高速公路在此设有出口。社区于2003年改制设立，是1978年前后回国的越南归难侨的主要聚居地之一。[1]
