古水社区是广东省肇庆市广宁县古水镇下辖的社区。古水社区是古水镇政府所在的社区，居于镇域中心，四会至连山的省道穿过其间。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立初期，这里先后是七区和古水区政府的驻地；1958年是古水公社管委会驻地，1982年是古水区公所驻地，1985年是古水镇政府驻地；2004年设古水社区居民委员会。[1]
地名来历：据传北宋时这里叫顾水埠，道光年间的县志写作“顾水街”，后来因方言里“顾”“古”同音而写成古水。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
社区辖25个自然村，据博雅地名网所载，2008年前后有1951户7279人，耕地约660.93亩，山林约8397.86亩，鱼塘120亩，党员72人。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2026年1月，被评为「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
