名胜古迹[edit]
陈如记苏杭铺门牌为凤凰南路1175至1183号，属清代建筑，类别为古建筑，于2022年5月24日公布为香洲区第三批文物保护单位[1][2]。这是一座清宣统年间的骑楼，为建设香洲商埠时留存下来的3处建筑遗存之一[2]。它曾在2023年9月经清华大学的结构检测机构鉴定为D级危房；修缮后于2026年2月4日首次亮相，同年4月18日，「中国第一个无税口岸——香洲商埠」主题展陈在旧址开馆[2]。
