红旗村是广东省惠州市惠城区惠环街道下辖的行政村，也是街道里面积最大的行政村，辖区3.9平方千米，分7个村民小组。[1]

全村常住加流动的人口近6万，当中有户籍的1715人，外来者逾5万。[1]
经济[edit]
村里在环保部门和街道的支持下编制了生态建设总体规划，并出台一批环境整治措施，以「生产美、生态美、生活美」为目标，累计投入500多万元改善投资、生活和卫生环境。村道已全部硬底化，自来水普及率达到100%。[1]

2019年9月，红旗村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
