旺山村是广东省茂名市化州市鉴江街道的行政村，在化州市政府驻地东南约4.5千米处，设28个村民小组，辖15个自然村。[1]

1962年为旺山大队；1989年全市统一改制，曾作旺山管理区办事处，1999年起设旺山村民委员会。[1]

地形以平原为主，农业种花生、水稻和甘蔗。村民有做年例的习俗。[1]

2019年10月，旺山村列入广东省卫生村名录。[1]
