乌石村是广东省清远市英德市九龙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西部，四面环山，全村辖19个村民小组。村域面积16.9平方千米。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄附近是石灰岩山，东西两侧为丘陵，耕地多为洞田。西面的三联片一带石灰岩山密布，博雅地名网称此地为九龙镇的「寒极地带」。耕地面积1915亩。[1]

经济[edit]

村民过去以水稻和玉米为主。九十年代，村党支部和村委会引导村民转变观念，以市场为导向种植经济作物，推广蔬菜和砂糖橘，形成砂糖橘种植基地，全村种植砂糖橘800多亩，蔬菜350多亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年设大队；1983年大队改为乡政府；1986年乡政府改作村委会；1990年村委会改为管理区；1998年10月7日重设乌石村委会，延续至今。[1]
