杨梅镇是广东省清远市阳山县下辖的镇，位于阳山县最南端，东与清新区浸潭镇交界，西与怀集县凤岗镇相邻，全镇辖6个行政村。镇内以砂糖橘种植为主，2022年10月被广东省农业农村厅列为“一村一品、一镇一业”专业镇。[1][5]

历史沿革[edit]

明代，这一带归通儒乡管辖；清乾隆年间，改隶七拱司。民国初年此地分属白莲区的一部分，此后又随区划变动，在1952年至1956年间先后归八区、太平区和七拱区。[4]

1957年撤区并乡后，此地划入太平乡。1958年10月，阳山县并入连阳各族自治县，此地改属七拱人民公社；1959年至1960年分县后又归太平人民公社。1961年1月，杨梅人民公社从太平公社中分出，之后经杨梅公社革命委员会、公社管理委员会、杨梅区公所等阶段，于1987年1月改设杨梅乡。1997年1月，杨梅乡撤销，改建杨梅镇并设立镇人民政府。[4]

镇名的来由，博雅地名网的说法是此地盛产杨梅果。[5]

地理环境[edit]

杨梅镇在阳山县的最南端，离县城53千米，南面与广宁县葵洞林场相连。汕昆高速公路穿过全镇，国道G358线也经过境内。县年鉴认为，本镇离清远市区的路程在全县乡镇中最为便捷，自驾高速约一个钟头；全镇平均海拔370米，年均气温18℃左右，雨量充沛。[1]

年鉴载全镇耕地合计约4.05平方千米，其中水田部分约2.12平方千米；林地约88.67平方千米，辖区内有一个林场，主要出产杉、松等木材。矿产有萤石矿、石英硅和硬白石。[1]

博雅地名网的概况页载该镇面积为153.5平方千米，耕地5140亩。此页引用的产值数字是2005年的统计，与年鉴2019年的165平方千米并存，各以其年份为准。[3]

人口与行政区划[edit]

2019年，全镇有户籍户数1631户，户籍人口6845人，其中非农业人口786人。全镇辖6个村民委员会，43个村民小组。[1]

维基百科另载2020年人口3380人，数据出自阳山县第七次全国人口普查公报。两个数字的年份与统计口径不同，此处分别标注，不相比较。[2]

经济[edit]

2019年全镇生产总值为13114.59万元，较2018年增长10%，当年地方财政收入合计1043.18万元，农民人均纯收入18043元。[1]

砂糖橘种植面积超过10平方千米，占农业总产值的80%以上。县年鉴称其为阳山县规模最大、品质最优的砂糖橘产区，镇内因此有“砂糖橘之乡”的美誉。2021年的报道称，镇内种植的砂糖桔约1.5万亩，三华李3600多亩，早脆梨近1600亩，并发展猕猴桃、山楂等特色果品。[1][6]

水力资源较丰富，年鉴载全镇水电站共10座，装机容量超过1.6万千瓦。风力方面，三峡新能源公司在镇内建设桔子塘风力发电项目，一期装机规模5万千瓦，投资约5亿元。[1]

广东省农业农村厅于2022年10月公布杨梅镇为「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇，主导产业为砂糖桔。[5]

社会与乡村建设[edit]

2019年，全镇创建美丽乡村25个，其中有两个特色村、十三个示范村，另有十个整洁村，美丽乡村覆盖率为78%。何皮村在2019年12月被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」。[1]

何皮村于2020年11月入选第六届全国文明村镇名单，2021年初举行「全国文明村」揭牌仪式，是阳山县首个获得该称号的行政村。[6][8]

杨梅村在2021年2月被选为第八批「全国民主法治示范村（社区）」，2021年底在县里颁奖。该村于2026年1月获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[7][11]

名胜古迹[edit]

县年鉴提到镇内的水浪花谷（李花）、平湖水库和砂糖橘观光产业带，认为其生态旅游资源仍有较大开发余地。年鉴还说，五公诞庙在周边有一定影响，可与溶洞探险等项目配合，形成祈福与探秘相结合的线路。[1]

博雅地名网把贤令山风景区和北山古寺列为到杨梅镇的著名景点。两者的百度百科条目只写明位于阳山县，未说明在哪个乡镇。[5][9][10]
