蓝塘镇是广东省河源市紫金县西南部的一个建制镇，镇政府驻蓝塘圩，地名最初写作「兰塘」。[1][2]据百度百科，镇区离县城约47千米，离惠州约80千米，省道S120与S243从境内穿过。[1]现辖1个社区和26个行政村。[3]它是蓝塘猪的中心产区，也是县内春甜桔种植面积最大的镇。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

相传圩镇东市场的池塘边曾长着一棵兰树，地方因此叫「兰塘」，后人把「兰」字念写成「蓝」，一直用到今天。[2]

明代，镇域一带分属古名都的上石社和下石社；清代，改隶凤凰岗约、上石社、龙头约、下石社。1929年起划入第一区，1945年属龙凤镇。[3]1949年之后先属第二区、第六区；1957年12月，分作蓝塘、石城两乡。1958年10月，两乡合成蓝塘公社；1961年4月，又分设凤安、石城、蓝塘3个公社；到1963年3月，石城公社并回蓝塘公社。1983年9月公社改设区，1987年4月改为蓝塘镇。[3]

2004年12月，经县里批准，业坑村并入双兴村、黄沙村并入河塘村，全镇行政村由28个减为26个。[2]蓝塘镇政府在机构概况里则称，镇里带领27个村（居）开展工作，这与「1个社区加26个村」的算法相同。[5]

地理环境[edit]

镇域在紫金县的西南角，面积有两种记载：博雅地名网引用的镇概况写作299.8平方千米，百度百科写作301.90平方千米，二者并录。[2][1]2004年的统计里，耕地约43,930亩，山地约34万亩。[2]属亚热带季风气候。[1]2019年镇里计划治理的中小河流有龙渡河、南山水、秋香江蓝塘段和青溪河蓝塘段等。[6]

人口民族[edit]

人口数字出自不同年份：据2004年的统计，全镇13,369户、65,008人；百度百科载2018年末户籍人口为77,948人；依第七次全国人口普查，常住人口约5.1万人，在紫金县各乡镇中排第2位。[2][1][3]

经济[edit]

2004年，全镇工农业总产值7.06亿元，其中工业4.83亿元，广东立国制药有限公司一家就占3.04亿元；农村人均纯收入3,163元。[2]2014年，百度百科记的地区生产总值是31.76亿元，工业总产值25.99亿元，农业总产值4.4亿元，农村人均纯收入7,725元。[1]

农业以春甜桔、蜜柚和养猪为主。蓝塘猪又叫蓝塘土猪、芙蓉猪、铁猪，1978年被列入「国家级畜禽品种资源保护名录」；百度百科称它是河源市唯一的纯种本地猪。[3][4]2019年镇政府的工作总结提到，立国制药、联兴电子、华志混凝土等企业在蓝塘产业园内经营，当年上半年全镇税收1,311.96万元，约占年度任务的52.1%。[6]

蓝塘产业新城是镇里近年的开发重点。控制性详细规划于2019年底启动编制，范围在镇区西侧，跨蓝塘镇8个村与凤安镇3个村，总面积19.73平方千米上下，其中首期6.68平方千米上下；规划预测新城就业人口约8.8万。[7]

文化[edit]

2019年，镇里在乡村振兴工作中梳理了几处村庄的文化资源：布心村的邓缵先廉政文化、南山村的伍子胥文化、石城村的花朝戏、自然村的客家宗祠文化。石城村在1962年组建过花朝戏剧团，后来中断，2018年起村民重新成立山茶花剧团排演。[8]

据镇政府和市里的说法，蓝塘公社司法办（今蓝塘司法所的前身）是全国最早成立的基层乡镇司法行政机构，被称作「中华第一所」。线索来自2014年4月广东省司法厅的文史记录通知，2015年相关资料刊于省政协编的《敢为人先——改革开放广东一千个率先》和《当代广东》杂志；2017年起筹备修缮办公楼，县里拨款50万元，市里表示支持100万元。[9]

名胜古迹[edit]

邓缵先故居在布心村，建于1780年，2015年12月公布为第八批广东省文物保护单位。[10]蓝塘镇杜氏宗祠在蓝塘镇社区，建于清咸丰五年（1855年），是第四批河源市文物保护单位。[11]烈三张公祠在百罗村，清代建筑，同属第四批河源市文物保护单位。[12]

蓝塘大众剧社旧址在圩镇。1937年12月，共产党员潘祖岳以抗敌后援会名义组建大众剧社和抗战歌咏队，在蓝塘及周边多个乡镇演出抗日话剧，旧址后来在圩镇建设中改成了私人商店。[13]

荣誉[edit]

2014年7月，蓝塘镇被住房和城乡建设部等七部委确定为全国重点镇；2020年2月，获2019年度广东省卫生镇称号；2023年11月，入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村。[3]百度百科另称它是广东省省定中心镇。[1]
