白沙村位于广东省汕尾市陆丰市桥冲镇的最西端，离镇政府约7千米。南面与金厢镇竹桥村接壤，东面与后冲村毗邻。全村有三个自然村，设七个村民小组，博雅地名网所载总人口7959人。[1]

白沙村旧称碧岸村。村民与大塘、下塘、后冲的村民共同礼拜南山古寺。[1][2]

自然条件与产业[edit]

村内山地面积少，乌坎河的干流贯穿全境，养殖以鱼、虾、蟹为主。村里通过招商引资，已成立养殖公司，村集体与村民的收入随之增加。白沙乌鱼是村里的特产。[1]

白沙古村[edit]

村后有小山，树林覆盖；村前是开阔的田野和塭港，依山傍水。[1]

白沙沈氏的一世祖于南宋末年定居此地，明末清初分出龙珠村，解放前期又分出德安村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年，白沙属博美区的白沙乡。1958年公社化后，它成为博美公社白沙大队；1973年划入桥冲公社。[1]

此后，白沙经历了桥冲区白沙乡（1983年）、桥冲乡白沙村委会（1987年）和桥冲镇白沙村委会（1992年）的阶段，于1994年改成管理区，1999年又回到村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年9月，白沙村入选「第二批广东省一村一品一镇一业专业村」，主打产品是象牙香占。[1]

2022年1月，白沙村成为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」的创建单位，由省乡村振兴部门确定。2023年5月，白沙村被评为「2022年广东省卫生村」。[1]
