村级建制的变化如下：属樟山行政村（1950年）、属樟山小乡（1957年）、属樟山大队（1958年）、属樟山小公社（1961年）、分出为岭脚大队（1964年）、为岭脚乡（1983年）、为村委会（1987年）、为管理区（1988年）、改称村委会（1999年）[1]。
