悦城村位于悦城镇东边，国道321线从村内通过，南面是西江，面积约15.68平方千米，分7个村民小组，人口1300多，是离悦城圩镇最近的行政村，村委会与镇政府相距0.4千米。悦城龙母祖庙景区就在村的辖区内。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年一度属悦城区，1958年作悦城人民公社的悦城大队；1986年11月叫悦城乡村民委员会，1991年1月叫悦城管理区办事处，1998年12月起定名悦城村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村委会依托龙母祖庙景区的游客和交通，发展旅游和商业来增加集体收入；山上种沙糖桔和贡柑，水田种水稻、花生、马铃薯。[1]
荣誉[edit]
在2019年9月公布的名单里，被列为广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」2018年创建单位之一。[1]
