历史沿革[edit]
道光年间归罗坑铺，1930年设白沙乡（属三区），建国后随古水七区。1958年成了白沙大队。1983年立白沙乡时，双降、榜柜两村并入，1987年改村委会时又分出去；1989年叫管理区，1998年起称白沙村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
村有耕地2000亩、山林43725亩，处在白沙街一带。村民发展商贸、竹木加工等个体经济，种速生丰产林，山地上种沙糖桔。[1]
