历史沿革[edit]

按时间由近及远，1999年改名塘南村民委员会，沿用至今；1990年名为塘南管理区；1987年3月改名塘南村委；1983年名为塘南乡；1960年名为塘南生产大队；1957年12月并入定南乡；1954年改名塘南高级农业生产合作社；1951年12月属惠阳县第二十一区（区府驻公梅），名为塘南小乡；1950年名为塘南村[1]。
