历史沿革[edit]
按时间由近及远，1999年名为龙坪村委会，沿用至今；1990年名为龙坪管理区；1987年3月改名龙坪村委；1983年名为龙坪乡；1963年2月划归高潭公社；1960年名为龙坪生产大队；1954年名为龙坪高级农业生产合作社；1951年12月属惠阳县第二十一区，名为龙坪小乡；1950年名为龙坪村[1]。2019年9月，龙坪村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
