历史沿革[edit]
按时间由近及远，1999年名为大围村民委员会，沿用至今；1990年名为大围管理区；1987年3月改名大围村委；1983年名为大围乡；1963年2月划归高潭公社；1960年名为大围生产大队；1957年12月并入宝溪乡；1954年名为大围高级农业生产合作社；1951年12月，大围属惠阳县第二十一区（区府驻公梅），名为大围小乡[1]。大围村在2024年1月被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」[1]。
