万星村是德庆县高良镇下辖的行政村，村民委员会设在镇东北部，距高良圩镇约5公里，辖区面积约9平方公里，辖11个自然村、17个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载，户数353，人口1496多，耕地面积622亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

该村自然村分布零散，像天上的星星一样多，所以叫万星；该网另记，民国时期这里曾叫万善村。[1]

民国时曾名万善村，解放后设大队，1981年建乡，1989年起称管理区，1999年成立村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

耕地622亩，以水稻为主，兼种沙糖桔、皇妃贡桔和巴戟。村内有万星电站，每年收入约3万元，扣除维护费用后净收入一万多元。[1]

万星村的巴戟入选2021年9月公布的第二批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1]
