茶岗社区在金渡镇，位于旧双金公路旁，与镇中心相距3.5公里，共分9个村民小组[1]。
概况[edit]
社区总人口1600多人、510多户，村两委干部6人，耕地406.9亩，集体收入主要来自鱼虾塘和果园发包[1]。2018年它列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
建国前属高要三区金北乡，建国后属七区茶岗乡；1958年编入金龙公社，称茶岗大队，次年改隶金渡公社；1983年大队改为乡，1987年乡改为村委会，1989年改称茶岗管理区，2013年起设社区居委会[1][2]。
