冲口社区在金渡镇，位于旧双金公路旁，与圩镇相距3公里，共分7个村民小组[1]。

总人口2200多人、620多户，耕地650亩，村两委干部5人，收入主要来自土地出租和鱼塘发包[1]。2026年1月，它获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
建国前属高要三区北约乡，建国后属七区金北乡；1958年编入金龙公社，称冲口大队，次年改隶金渡公社；1983年大队改为乡，次年易名三联乡，1987年乡改为冲口村委会，1989年改为管理区，1998年管理区又改回村委会，2013年起为社区居民委员会[1][2]。
