合水村是广东省茂名市信宜市合水镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的中部，辖57个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载村情，全村在册829户、4508人，总面积6.5平方千米，耕地956亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期是第五、第六村农会；随后1952年两村合并，称合水乡；之后1958年分为两个初级社；再后来1961年分设合水、清静两个生产队，1963年再合并为合水大队；接着1983年设合水乡政府；又经历1987年起设合水村民委员会，1989年一度称合水管理区办事处，1999年复称合水村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，村名的由来是：雷公河与四涧河在此汇合。[1]

经济[edit]

主要经济作物有柑桔。村内发展500亩柑橙基地，据该页称使村民增收500多万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月获广东省爱卫会授予“「2021年广东省卫生村」”称号，2019年9月入选“「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」”创建单位名单。[1]
