茅帘村是广东省茂名市信宜市合水镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东部，辖59个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载村情，全村在册810户、4282人，总面积7.9平方千米，耕地1252亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年后初期为白龙上乡第二村；随后1952年为茅帘村农会；之后1958年人民公社化为茅帘大队；再后来1960年划成河角、茅帘围、田心围、茅帘坑、和中堂五队，1963年并回茅帘大队；接着1983年建乡，1987年起设村民委员会，1989年一度称管理区办事处，1999年又恢复村民委员会之名并沿用。[1]
地名由来[edit]
据博雅地名网，村名的由来是：此处曾长着茂密的茅草，像一幅大帘。[1]
经济[edit]
种有100亩柑橙、500亩八角，并养猪、养鱼。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月获“「2021年广东省卫生村」”称号。[1]
