水埠村隶属广东省茂名市化州市杨梅镇，地处杨梅镇区东南，邻竹根园村和吴川市振文镇。据博雅地名网的村情介绍，全村在册839户、4202人（该页未注明年份），总面积4平方千米，耕地约1330亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年前后为水埠乡，土改之后办起农业合作社；1958年归杨梅公社，叫水埠大队；1983年称水埠乡；1987年建立村民委员会，1989年改称管理区办事处。[1]
经济[edit]
主要经济作物有雪豆、黄瓜和花生，黄瓜为特色产业，村里在扩大黄瓜生产基地。村情页给出的上一年农村经济总收入是3560万元。[1]
2019年9月，水埠村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
