历史沿革[edit]

大垌村委会原属赤岭村委会，当时共6个生产队；1995年从赤岭村委会分出，1999年改称大垌村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

据博雅地名网转载的村情介绍，大垌村辖5条自然村，分别是大垌、山茶岭、王京山、铜古地村和鸭母墩；全村面积约6.3平方千米，有225户、1200人，耕地多种香蕉和荔枝，2016年人均年收入为4000元。[1]

2019年9月，其被列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
