冼田村是肇庆市四会市江谷镇下辖的行政村，在镇西北部，属山区，是革命老区村，也是江谷水库的移民区[1]。
名称由来[edit]
清光绪年间，冼姓族人迁到此地，人口较多，占有的田地也多，村名由此而来[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1961年为冼田大队，1987年为冼田管理区，1998年设村民委员会。2004年，莫塘村民委员会并入冼田村民委员会，名称沿用至今[1]。
地理与经济[edit]
村域面积25平方公里，下设33个村民小组，人口2730人（资料未注明年份）。村民主要靠耕山和外出务工为生，近十年发展沙糖桔、玉桂和竹子的种植。水库移民村不少已建成砖混结构的新农村，资料称有5条自然村建成省卫生村，另有2条在创建中[1]。
