曙光村沿悦怀公路，在其64公里300米处，占地9平方公里，7个村民小组共2130人；离县城68公里，离莫村圩镇9公里。[1]据博雅地名网，大跃进之后遇上自然灾害，生活艰难，村干部开会把石岗改名曙光，寄望日子好转。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
这里在1930年代至解放初叫石岗乡，1958年起为曙光大队，1986年改管理区，1998年称村委会。曾归古有公社（后为古有镇）管辖，2002年随古有镇并入莫村镇。[1]
经济[edit]
属山区丘陵，悦河谷地是主要耕作区，产稻谷、柑桔，山地以松杂木和速生桉为主，发展较慢。[1]
