新华村在广东省江门市江海区礼乐街道北面，被睦洲水道分为两块，毗邻新兴、新创、武东三村，距广珠城际铁路礼乐站约0.8千米。[1]

村由新墩里、新龙里、华宁里、新宁里四个里组成，区、王、李、吴、陈、何、林、胡、郭九姓杂居；总面积0.93平方千米，现有361户1612人，设6个村民小组。[1]
