历史沿革[edit]
1952年8月，新华自三华乡分出，立新华乡农民协会；1954年同天连合并，仍名新华乡；1956年有兴仁、永丰两个高级社；1960年与天连合设新华人民公社，1963年撤销；1984年设新华乡[1]。另据记载，后续是：1987年改村，1990年为管理区，1998年立村委会，2001年改作居委会[1]。
