新岗村原属高明区西安街道，2004年底由罗塘、芹水两个村委会合并成立，2005年6月1日区划调整后划入明城镇[1][2]。

村情[edit]

村委会在明富线旁，距镇政府10.5公里，北靠广明高速，西邻江肇高速。辖罗塘、陈村、茶地、平山、芹水、步洲6条自然村，总面积约5.3平方千米，耕地约5200亩（稻田3500亩、鱼塘1685亩），山地7040亩，4082人，1002户[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月上榜「2018年广东省‘民主法治示范村（社区）’创建单位」名单；2024年8月入选佛山市“百千万工程”第二批典型镇村；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批‘百千万工程’典型村」[1]。
