全村设21个村民小组，面积约6.8平方千米，共1789户，户籍人口6846人；耕地1923亩，山地600亩，鱼塘1100亩，其中12条自然村的土地已全部被征用。村民年人均收入约8400元，来源以种养、出租屋和外出务工为主[2]。
荣誉[edit]
2021年被广东省爱卫会授予广东省卫生村；2023年5月，所辖大云、坪岗、佳田、潭边、肇塘、水边六个村获评2022年广东省卫生村[1]。
