村情[edit]
村域面积约7.88平方千米，下设洋朗、崇北、崇中、崇南、严田、石咀、白沙7个村民小组，东起沧江河，西至明富路。约960户，户籍人口约3998人。村民以种稻、丝瓜和冬种马铃薯为主，兼养鱼[1]。
崇步农业园区覆盖崇步、新岗、潭朗三个村委会的20条自然村，规划面积2万亩，属高明现代农业生态园的核心区[2]。
荣誉[edit]
2024年8月入选佛山市“百千万工程”第二批典型镇村，2026年1月获评「广东省第二批‘百千万工程’典型村」；石咀村获评2022年广东省卫生村[1]。
