村情[edit]
村内分27个村民小组，其中坪山水、凤岗、田心等16个是革命老区村。户籍人口6344人，1619户；面积约15平方千米，耕地约7300亩，山地约10300亩[2]。
明清时，这一带的英屋、南坑、都眷、霄边、马头岭等村属清泰乡；1958年设仁坑、鲤江两个大队，属高鹤县明城公社[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2017年10月入选第一批广东省卫生村，2021年12月再获广东省卫生村称号[1]。
