桃村是佛山市顺德区北滘镇东部的行政村，面积2平方千米，分桃村、横岸、绿道三个村民小组；村内有一组祠堂古建筑，其中报功祠是省级文物保护单位。[1][2]

名称与沿革[edit]

桃村建村于宋代。明代官员钟善经称赞此处风景，说像「桃溪」，村子因此叫桃村。[1]新中国成立初期属第三区；1958年归陈村公社，称桃村大队，1959年改属北滘公社，1999年起称桃村村委会。[1]有资料说这是一座拥有800多年历史的古村落。[3]

经济与概况[edit]

据村里统计，常住人口8164人，户籍2164人，外来人口6000多人；党员93名，股东1875人。[2]村内有850多亩工业区，150多家企业，以彩印、纸类包装、五金电器、装饰材料为主；2014年工农业总产值约3.87亿元，每股分红6000元。[2]桃村工业园（首期）升级改造项目，列在佛山顺德机器人谷的建设之中。[3]

祠堂与古迹[edit]

报功祠又称黎公乡主报功祠，为纪念宋末的黎梦周及其聘妻莫氏而建，宋末始建，明天顺四年（1460年）后又多次重修；三间三进带后厨，硬山顶，2008年11月列入第五批广东省文物保护单位。[1][3]黎氏三世祠在上街7号，为明代风格，原三进，现后座已不存在；黎氏宗祠金紫名宗在上街6号，始建于明末，1778年重修，原三间三进，现存两进。[1]袁氏大宗祠是三间三进两天井，建筑面积612平方米，带有清代中期广东祠堂的特点。[1]村内另有曹家祠、李家祠和重修的桃村观音庙。[2]

风俗与特产[edit]

每年农历四月初八，村民制作九层栾樨粉；相传这天吃了，下田耕作不会中暑。桃村近年办起栾樨文化节，镇里打算将栾樨粉制作技艺申报非遗项目。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2024年8月入选佛山市「百千万工程」第二批典型镇村，2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
