合成社区在佛山市顺德区陈村镇中心地带，总面积约2.2平方千米，名称来自所在的合成围，2003年成立居委会。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据《广东省顺德市地名志》，因地处合成围而得名。[3]原为合成村委会，1952年设乡，1958年改作大队，1983年又改回乡，1987年起叫村，1990年成为管理区；2001年撤村改居，2003年成立居委会。[1][2]

社区概况[edit]

约960户人家，常住三千二百多人，另有暂住者约三千八百人；水蕉花、崇福为两个居民小组，还有1个股份合作社。辖区内种植、商业、工业与住宅并存。[2]曾获省生态示范村、佛山市“十好”社区等称号；2019年9月列入广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1][2]
