堤田村是佛山市禅城区南庄镇东北部的行政村，依傍东平河，与罗格、溶洲两村接壤，毗邻季华路，面积约2.7平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据百度百科，堤田建村于明嘉靖年间，原名“低田”，现存百年古榕和太乙楼等遗存。[2] 1958年10月南庄公社成立时称堤田大队，1961至1963年属溶洲公社，1983年称堤田乡，1987年2月设南庄镇堤田村民委员会，2002年12月划归禅城区。[3]

人口与经济[edit]

2019年4月1日前统计，约1380多户，户籍人口约5491人，辖区有80余家企业，外来暂住人员约5000人。产业以陶瓷营销、塑料五金制造和商贸为主。[1] 2020至2022年，堤田村连续入选淘宝村名单。[3]
