醒群村是佛山市禅城区南庄镇西南面的行政村，隔顺德水道与南海区的西樵、九江相望，面积4.69平方千米，辖9个村民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
醒群原先隶属龙津大队，1963年5月单独设为醒群生产大队；1983年11月称醒群乡，1987年2月设南庄镇醒群村民委员会，2002年12月划归禅城区。[2]
经济[edit]
村里农业以养鱼和种菜为主，辖区内有绿沙岛生态农业示范基地（约360亩）和基本农田保护区1200多亩。工业靠装饰陶瓷和五金支撑。常住人口约3200人，外来人口约2000人。[1][3]
