吉利村是佛山市禅城区南庄镇中部的行政村，在顺德水道东岸，面积3.5平方千米，辖海口、下街、竹甫、上田、上圣堂、西街等20个村小组；佛山一环高速贯穿辖区。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年10月南庄公社成立，吉利称大队；1961至1963年南庄公社分为三个小公社时，属吉利公社；“文化大革命”期间曾改称东昇大队，后复原。1983年11月称吉利乡；1987年2月起为南庄镇吉利村民委员会，1989年6月曾改称管理区办事处，1999年3月改回；2002年12月随镇划归禅城区。[2]
经济[edit]
据百度百科，村民传统上养殖四大家鱼，后改养鳗鱼、桂花鱼，1959年办酒厂，1990年代起建陶瓷企业，2024年集体经济收入突破1亿元。[3] 2020至2022年连续入选淘宝村名单。[4]
荣誉[edit]
获「广东省文明村」「广东省卫生村」「广东省村务公开民主管理示范村」等称号；2023年11月入选「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」。[1][4]
