社区的服务范围包括华润置地、南庄万科又一城和汇博（国际）广场一带，辖区内有佛山市实验中学、南庄三中、南庄中学三所学校。社区介绍称：911户，常住9035人，其中有本地户籍的2296人。[1]
居委会内设会议室、党群活动室、阅览室、共享空间和人民调解室，社区品牌定名“人文南居，温馨家园”。获得过「广东省“六好”平安和谐社区」「广东省宜居社区」和佛山市「健康细胞」等称号；2024年1月，又被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1][3]
