绿岛社区是佛山市禅城区南庄镇的社区，在禅西新城核心区的绿岛湖片区。辖区临近占地千亩的绿岛湖，故名“绿岛社区”。[1]

概况[edit]

居委会2017年3月成立，管辖绿岛湖片区的23个物业小区，登记户籍居民有9877人，另有常住的外来人口15000人。办公地设在保利翠雅花园小区，办公面积2081平方米。[2]

社区获评「广东省绿色社区」，以及佛山市的健康社区、宜居社区等。[2]

绿岛湖有南湖、中心湖两片水面，合计约1500亩，湖心岛是数千只鹭鸟的栖息地；绿岛湖湿地公园、鹭鸟观测基地、绿岛湖学校等都在这一片区。[3]
